Shaun Harrington is a Data Analyst/Data Scientist/Economist for the Chelan County Public Utility District in Wenatchee, Washington, USA. He is currently working on anomaly detection, financial forecasting, enterprise BI strategy, and data modeling. Shaun’s favorite programming language is R, and he started working in the utility industry in 2018 at ERCOT. Shaun is currently working on his MS in economics, giving him a foundation of economic and econometric theory to better understand the electric utility industry.
