Jay is a Customer Success Manager (Cloud) based in Brisbane Australia, and works with Customers to ensure successful adoption of their Cloud services.

He has a Civil Engineering background – specifically Roads and Highways, and worked extensively throughout Australia and the UK with major Engineering Services Providers.

15 years ago he moved to the Software Provider space, first with Bentley then Autodesk as a Customer Success Manager, where he pioneered strategic analysis of subscription software usage data in Enterprise customers to achieve measurable ROI. Immediately prior to Aveva, he was in the Autodesk Channel as a Strategic Account Manager focussing on Services in Enterprise Customers, especially Data Management Cloud migrations. He has been with Aveva since March.
