Michael Cates is AVP Digital Corporate Accounts for Nalco Water where he partners with customers in the chemical and power generation industries to drive business and sustainability outcomes by leveraging digital solutions. Prior to joining Nalco Water, Michael was Director of Advisory at Gartner where he worked with clients to accelerate their digital transformations. His work experience also includes multiple roles at IBM which he joined after completing his MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
