Jane Matheson joined AVEVA in 2021 as Engineering Manager of a development team focused on edge data collection. Jane came to AVEVA with many years of experience in manufacturing including the majority in high consequence nuclear and chemical industries having spent 17 years at Nuclear Fuel Services (NFS) and 14 at Eastman Chemical Company. Jane started her career as NFS as database administrator before moving into management and spending the majority of her NFS years as manager of the data and applications team, guiding the team through several major projects and company changes that included seeing NFS as part of McDermott, Babcock and Wilcox, and BWXT. Before joining NFS, Jane spent several years at Eastman Chemical Company developing, installing, and configuring global manufacturing applications and later managing these same systems as database administrator. Early career work at Beecham Laboratories and Texas Instruments provided experience in pharmaceutical and discrete manufacturing.
