Kim Robinson has been a member of the AVEVA family for over 17 years. Currently a Content Manager in the Global Events organization. In Kim’s previous roll, she was the Global Practice leader (in our Customer Support organization), guiding the Advance Support Team (formally known as Technical Account Managers). The Advanced Support Team (AST) is a dedicated team of senior product experts available to help accelerate the time to resolve support issues and to supplement standard case resolution methods and escalation paths. Our AVEVA support teams have a passion for making sure our Customers come FIRST.
