In today’s over-constrained work environment, LP users or Planners always busy with different scheduled planning cycles and unscheduled project and special cases. Process engineers always busy with day-to-day operational monitoring and troubleshooting. On top of that we have frequent staff rotations and retirements, which results in loss of necessary expertise. As a result, planning model accuracy does not get the attention it deserves. This results in significant value loss.
