Hernán Van Straaten has more than 12 years of experience in Argentina’s energy sector, working across its leading organizations. As Innovation & Digitalization Manager at Central Puerto, he works within the Strategic Planning division, leading data-driven initiatives aligned with Industry 4.0. In parallel, he serves as a university professor, teaching technology and engineering topics, and also conducted research in operations research and organizational efficiency. He holds a Master in Management, Analytics & AI from Di Tella University, where he also teaches.
