Cynthia Jazmín Mendoza Narváez is a Chemical Engineer from Universidad Central del Ecuador with a Master’s in Energy and Renewable Resources Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey. She is an Energy Transition Engineer at Techint Engineering & Construction, leading conceptual and process studies for green hydrogen, ammonia, and e-fuels. With 10+ years in process design and decarbonization, she has supported feasibility and basic engineering for pioneering projects in Latin America, focusing on hydrogen, CO₂ capture, and renewables.
