As Executive Vice President, Portfolio, Kim drives strong portfolio and product management practices and a customer‑centric digital experience. She oversees alignment across applications, the cloud platform, and initiatives in AI, sustainability, and visualization. Since joining AVEVA in 1985, she has supported customers in industries across the globe and has been an integral force through major transitions, including the 2018 merger. Her customer‑focused career spans Sales, Product Marketing, and Product Management, most recently as Senior Vice President and Head of Asset Performance.
