With 25+ years in industrial automation and innovation, he has strengthened high-performing, inclusive teams and held leadership roles across the AVEVA portfolio, including shaping AVEVA’s Cloud Platform. Before joining AVEVA, he led Research and Development at Skelta. Iju holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University.
