Based on a University Degree in Engineering and Computer Science I started my career at Evonik (Degussa at that time) in 1988 in R&D establishing the early digitalization solutions in labs. Afterwards I spent more than 25 years in IT holding various global positions in project management, communication operation and client support. Approximately 10 of these years I worked in the US and in Singapore. Spending 7 years in Technology and Infrastructure developing, implementing and deploying Evonik’s data driven CAE solution with the strong focus on data integration. Currently responsible at Evonik's Global Digitalization Services for Digital Solutions in the area of Plant Design.
