His strategic mindset and commercial insight contributed to expanding the company’s market presence, driving contract negotiations, and enabling diversification into new business streams.At ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC PSP, Khaled, who has played a significant part in the company’s transformation process, today leads the Digital Office as Digital Operations Manager. He is responsible for driving the company’s digital transformation strategy, integrating key platforms such as AVEVA ERM, Oracle EBS, and Primavera P6, while also developing tailored in-house solutions to enhance project delivery. These include systems for estimation, materials tracking, workforce planning, and equipment utilization.Khaled’s work is central to aligning digital initiatives with the company’s operational goals, ensuring seamless integration across functions and projects.
