Grace’s Düren site implemented an automated daily production booking process from the AVEVA PI System into SAP as part of a global MRP project. The aim was to replace manual steps with a reliable, scalable data flow between operations and enterprise planning. The mixed continuous and batch environment required a digital twin, precise identification of batch steps and process states, automated volume calculation, and SAP-ready file generation. Amitec supported the design and implementation, enabling accurate booking, reduced manual work, and stronger PI‑to‑SAP integration.
