With one million tags and over 4,000 PI-System users globally, ENGIE runs one of the largest AVEVA deployments in energy, built on PI Historian, PI-Vision, and PI-Asset Framework. This session shows how ENGIE is scaling industrial analytics and preparing for the agentic era. By connecting their in-house Agathe platform to PI AF, and using an industrial analytics tool on top, ENGIE supports central data scientists in tackling high-value problems while giving site operators the tools to investigate issues themselves. We then preview what's next: an agentic AI layer built on MCP, bringing natural-language analytics to every operator.
