Environmental Data Integration – Hydro SGA 4.0

Hydro faced fragmented environmental data across multiple departments and sources, limiting agility, compliance, and decision-making. Radix implemented the Environmental Management System 4.0 using AVEVA PI System and automation to unify more than 600 parameters from 93 instruments and external systems. The solution delivered centralized monitoring, real-time insights, and regulatory support, saving over 4,500 hours annually, reducing risks of environmental embargoes worth R$40M/day, and driving a cultural shift toward data-driven sustainability.
