At Ansaldo Energia, we use the AVEVA PI System to remotely monitor over 300 rotating machines. Over the past few years, AF has evolved into a company-wide data backbone, thanks to its integration with Seeq. This has enabled more business units to leverage structured PI data for advanced analytics.
A major milestone was the ALPEG Online project, which allowed our internal performance tool to run in real time using PI data. Seeq’s visualization capabilities make ALPEG outputs actionable and impactful. Similarly, our machine learning tool, APEX, now integrates seamlessly with Seeq, enhancing usability and insight.
