EPC projects suffered from fragmented data, limited field visibility, and weak alignment between design, schedule, and installation. We piloted Advanced Work Packaging to standardize CWA, CWP, and IWP, convert design models into construction‑ready models, and drive 4D progress tracking. Using AVEVA WorkPacks with Delta, Digital Thread, and Project Dashboards, we linked drawings, materials, constraints, 3D, and L3 schedule. SharePoint served as the data store and Primavera P6 supported planning, enabling data‑centric execution and repeatable packaging at scale.
