This presentation outlines the joint HDEC–AVEVA–WorkPacks Success Plan for the Jafurah Project (Sep 2024–Sep 2025). The initiative accelerates Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) maturity and construction predictability by centralizing planning in WorkPacks, integrating 3D context, and standardizing work processes. Key enablers: Tekla/PCF data federation, enhanced material & module management, and HDEC–WorkPacks Web API connectivity—the first of its kind. Expected outcomes: proactive risk control, improved IWP forecasting, fewer delays & safety incidents. The roadmap spans phased onboarding, hybrid training, progress reviews, and a final showcase to drive innovation, productivity, and reusable EPCM standards.
