The Name and Site Withheld Empower Resiliency Project is fully commissioned and performing to design specs, supporting uninterrupted power for mission-critical Army operations. Developed with Xcel Energy, the microgrid provides 14-day islanding, cutting costs and emissions. Led entirely by women in non-traditional roles, the team delivered a prototype resilient design, safety excellence, and seamless integration-despite extreme winter conditions and crews deployed two to hurricane deployments-showcasing disciplined execution and collaboration.
