This is a Lighthouse project with August Storck KG (very well known for various brands of chocolate and sweets such as Merci, Knoppers, RIESEN, Lachgummi).

In this Lighthouse project we optimize the weight distribution of a chocolate production line which produces approx. 7.5 tons of chocolate bars per hour. For this we are using AVEVA Advanced Analytics and the Perfect Centerline app as well as the Perfect Quality Model.
