AVEVA Advanced Analytics helped uncover an unexpected and costly production issue on our BOPP line.  Trained on PI data in CONNECT, the model revealed a surprising correlation:  break events statistically linked to status changes on separate lines--an operational anomaly with no clear mechanical connection.  

This insight led us to identify fluctuations in plant air pressure as the hidden root cause affecting multiple lines, translating to an estimated upward of $1 million in annual savings.
