Presentation Abstract:
CIMAT-CIMAF launched an initiative under the Industry 4.0 umbrella to digitalize and monitor the overall company production spread across 2 continents and 16 plants. PI System has been selected as the platform to collect, aggregate, analyze, monitor and report the performance of company assets, and compare productions and yields across different plants.
Outcomes:
PI System has democratized the access to all key company data in real time, enabling better plant conduction, faster response to upsets and more reliable production declaration to management.
