By using PI data, both historical and realtime, we have created templates and applications in PI Asset Framework for root cause analysis, troubleshooting, condition monitoring, performance prediction and energy optimization for different type of equipment and systems. Energy optimization is key to reduced carbon intensity and increased awareness encourages improved operations.

The PI Vision dashboards are shared with stakeholders for common visualization. Technical design data is available through AVEVA Asset Information Management (AIM). The PI Vision dashboards are integrated into AIM, giving all stakeholders access to both static and realtime data.

We are monitoring critical parameters giving alarms on critical events as defined in PI Asset Framework with PI Notifications sent to the various SMEs.
