Ignite Energy transformed HVAC operations across 14 shopping malls by replacing legacy chiller controls with an advanced optimization system powered by Schneider Electric Modicon M580 ePACs and AVEVA System Platform. The new high-availability, fully redundant architecture minimizes operator oversight while maintaining seamless performance. With intelligent optimization logic, the project delivered 23% energy savings, over 46 million kWh annually, and cut 16.5 metric tons of CO₂e emissions, supported by long-term monitoring and verified results via AVEVA Historian.
