Use the same email address that you used to register for AVEVA World Milan 2026. You will receive a 6-digit code via email. Enter it and select the AVEVA World 2026 event.
You will only be able to see attendees who have opted in to be listed in the app.
If someone requests a meeting with you, you must accept it in order to complete the table booking. If you do not accept the meeting in the app, a table is not guaranteed at the meeting time.
To book a Huddle Zone meeting:
1. Click "Networking" in the bottom navigation bar
2. Find the fellow attendee you wish to book a meeting with
3. Select table location, date and time
4. Book meeting
