Run of House Executive Room, Single Occupancy €379.00 + €10.00 city tax per person, per night. (rate is €394 on May 17 ONLY)
Double Occupancy is a €30 supplement per night to any room.
All hotel room rates are inclusive of 10% VAT.
Check In Policy
Hotel check in time is 15:00 (3:00PM) on the day of arrival.
Check Out Policy
Hotel check out time is 12:00 on the day of departure.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel your hotel booking, please email info@wynningevents.com before April 30, 2026 to avoid a 100% cancellation penalty for the full hotel booking. If a guest "no-shows" or fails to check in, they will be charged by AVEVA for cancelled rooms.
