Gregor Fernholz has 25 years of industrial experience in the oil & gas, refining, chemical, power and MMM industries. He is based in Cologne, Germany and currently globally in charge of product sales team for the product lines covering Simulation and Learning as well as Value Chain Optimization. Since joining AVEVA Gregor held several regional and global positions within AVEVA covering sales, sales management, product management and global account sales. He started his industrial career as an advanced control and simulation engineer with Bayer AG in Leverkusen (Germany) in 2000. He executed process control and optimization projects for Bayer plants and processes world-wide. He holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the Technical University of Dortmund where he graduated in 2000.
