Senthil is a Principal Architect at Cognizant, IoT Industrial Operations - Smart Utilities. With over 25 years of experience in automation, manufacturing, and the energy domain, his expertise encompasses manufacturing operations management (MOM), process modeling and simulation, real-time data management systems (RTDM), mass and energy balance, alarm management, and asset performance management. Senthil has led significant projects such as PI Unit health monitoring solutions, Central cloud PI implementation, data center migration, plant-wide data historian implementation, Central cloud LIMS implementation, applications managed services, and plant-wide simulator implementations for the Oil and Gas midstream, downstream, and manufacturing domains.
Previously, Senthil served as Managing Consultant for Energy Downstream at Wipro Technologies and also worked as Advanced Solutions Manager and Senior Technical Professional at Yokogawa and KBR. He hold both a master's and a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and have obtained certifications in Microsoft Azure, ScrumMaster, and Aveva PI Installation and Infrastructure Specialist.
