As Senior Director at Cognizant, Ajit Yeole is the Global Head of Solutions and Accelerators for Life Sciences Manufacturing within the Industry Solutions Group, based in London, UK. He oversees strategy, smart manufacturing, the development of new service offerings, and digital accelerators designed to meet industry needs.
Ajit has extensively helped clients with advisory, consulting, and solution engineering through their Industry 4.0 and IT-OT convergence journeys. His work involves close collaboration on manufacturing and quality engagements, leveraging emerging technologies such as Industrial IoT, advanced analytics, AR/VR, and others. He employs agile and design thinking approaches to ensure successful value delivery to clients.
Additionally, Ajit is responsible for driving Cognizant's Go-To-Market strategy for Aveva within the life sciences industry.
Over the years, Ajit has evolved into a seasoned business leader. He has held various roles, including consultant, solution architect, practice leader, client partner, and value chain leader, all focused-on IT & OT within manufacturing, quality, and supply chain domains across life sciences and other process industries. 
Ajit holds an Honors engineering degree in Instrumentation from the University of Mumbai.
