Allison Kuhn is an Advisor to manufacturing executives with LNS Research, specializing in Industrial Transformation with a focus on the Future of Industrial Work, Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS), and Sustainability. Allison has over 20 years of leadership experience in Global Operations, Maintenance, Operational Excellence, and Knowledge Management positions from her time in private industry, with chemical companies like Dow, Olin Corporation, and Huntsman Corporation Riverwood International, and federal service, with aircraft maintenance & repair for the US Air Force as well as emergency crude oil management at the US Department of Energy Strategic Petroleum Reserves. Throughout her career, Allison has helped manufacturing companies with strategy development, digital transformation initiatives, and workforce development to enhance safety, the employee experience, and operational efficiency. Allison holds an MBA from Georgia College and State University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University. She is also a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE), the Junior League of Baton Rouge, and the Association of Junior Leagues International.
