Mike Reed is the Senior Manager of AVEVA’s AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE). He has over 15 years of experience in executing digital monitoring operations and strategies.  Prior to coming to AVEVA, he had 20 years of experience in the Electric Power industry, in various positions for EPC companies, OEMs, and Utilities, in Engineering Design, Construction & Start-up, and Operations & Maintenance Management.  He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point; a Master of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California; and is a Veteran of the United States Army.  In his current role leading the AI CoE, he is focused on enhancing the utilization of cutting-edge AI technologies within and between AVEVA’s AI-enabled Portfolio, leading to high-value operational and sustainability outcomes for AVEVA’s customers.
