Cormac Ryan is the Industry Principal for the EPC sector with AVEVA, he has 35+ years' experience in the international capital facilities industry. Through the varied management and technical positions which he has filled, he has a diverse background in applying leading digital transformation technologies to address asset lifecycle, Information Management (IM) strategies and Digital Twin solutions for Owner Operator (OO) and Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) organizations across the Oil & Gas (Upstream, Midstream, Downstream), Power (Nuclear), Chemical, Mining, Minerals & Metals industry sectors. 

Cormac is a member of the Standards Council of Canada and sits on TC-184 / SC4 for Industrial Data, he is also a member of the Construction Industry Institute (CII) and sits on the Technology Committee, in addition Cormac is an active member of CFIHOS (Capital Facilities Information HandOver Specification) to provision the data governance framework that support the specification and deliver of project and operational digital strategies.
