With 24 years of experience in the rail industry, he possesses extensive expertise in project management and metro operations. He was certified as a Professional Engineer by the Board of Engineers Malaysia in 2017. Ir. Nik Faisal leads a team of Project Managers and Engineers, focusing primarily on the enhancement of PRASARANA's assets and the maintenance of metro service reliability and availability. Under his leadership, several transformative projects have been initiated, including a digitalization program aimed at upgrading rail assets. The anticipated outcomes of these initiatives are expected to enable PRASARANA to achieve optimal service levels and maximize revenue operations.
