With more than 12 years of experience at Bayer Corporation, Kaarthi excels in managing and leading IT projects within the manufacturing sector. He has more than a decade working with PI data and integrations and has demonstrated expertise in project planning and a wide range of technical skills. 
Prior to joining Bayer, Kaarthi worked as an Consultant to Bayer where he designed, built, and implemented supply chain, MES, and data historian applications. Known for his ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, Kaarthi consistently delivers successful IT solutions that enhance manufacturing processes.
