With a background in chemical engineering and industry experience in software solutions, I am passionate about driving innovation in the manufacturing industry. After graduating from the University of Mississippi with degrees in chemical engineering and business administration, I began my career in specialty chemical manufacturing with Lamberti Chemicals in Chattanooga. After a year with Lamberti, I transitioned to the pulp and paper industry, joining Westrock as a process engineer. My experience as a process engineer at the mill led to my current role as Division Process Engineer in the Innovation, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement group, where I lead initiatives related to benchmarking, data standardization, reporting, and more.
