Walt started his career 35 years ago with Exelon Nuclear and spent over a decade on-site working in System Engineering, Valve Engineering, Engineering Reliability Programs, and Operations where he earned his Senior Reactor Operators (SRO) License.  After leaving the utility, Walt became a consultant implementing ASME and ANSI reliability programs for nuclear plants across North America and served as the consulting firm’s Business Manager for the Chicago location.  Walt expanded his experience to Predictive analytics for coal, gas, and renewables through software development, model development, and deployment of analytic solutions at SmartSignal Corporation.  During that time, he also expanded to the O&G, Aviation, Mining, and other industries.  Following his tour in Engineering Services, Walt served as Sr. Director of Presales for the Americas at GE Digital.  Today, Walt serves with the AVEVA team as a Senior Principal Solution Consultant helping customers gain value and insights from modern digital technology.  Walt has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Valparaiso University.
