Reynolds Brands makes aluminum foil which is milled down to spec, separated, and packaged into cartons for professional/consumer consumption. Reynolds has engaged with ATR to provide systems to monitor equipment performance and provide insights into maintenance and production improvements. This uses AVEVA Insight Performance in packaging and AVEVA Model Driven MES in the making side of the facility.

These systems help collect performance & downtime information and provide the maintenance team with common failures to help direct troubleshooting efforts. They also help provide automated and accurate metrics to production and eliminate the manual tasks of gathering and summarizing production performance data. ATR helped build production reporting systems for operations and maintenance teams, and provided tools for organizational change management ensuring system adoption.
