Cities today face increasing demands for energy reliability, operational efficiency, and long-term infrastructure planning. As Moreno Valley continues to grow, ensuring operational visibility of critical assets, optimizing grid performance, and planning for new customers are top priorities. Advanced digital tools, including smart grid technology and real-time analytics, are essential for achieving these objectives.
To meet these challenges, the City of Moreno Valley is deploying ETAP’s eSCADA and engineering solutions to enhance situational awareness, improve asset management, and support data-driven decision-making. By integrating intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and adaptive grid modeling, the City can proactively manage energy distribution, reduce downtime, and ensure scalable infrastructure for future growth. This paper outlines how these technologies align with the City’s strategic vision for a resilient and sustainable power network.
