Poliol Production Batch Tracking with PI Vision
Description

Operation required such a PIVision display, where they can monitor batch productions however we haven’t used batch technology before.

To achieve this we created:

  • AF model of the production units. This was a cornerstone of the solution.
  • EventFrames, which were used like never before.
  • Dynamic PIVision displays, where the asset context and links depend on the chosen batch and phase:
