Juan holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Valladolid in Spain. He started his career in Técnicas Reunidas, as a Process Engineer. From there, he moved to Repsol where he has been working for the last 17 years. He has worked for both Chemical and Refining business. Currently, Juan is working in the headquarters Control and Optimization Department as a Senior Optimatization and Control Engineer. He works in projects related with the control system update and improvement but mainly in the development of optimization projects in different refineries, including APC implementations and RTO applications.
