Curt Hertler has been with AVEVA for 25 years.  He has held various technical roles, most focused on helping customers realize the value of their PI Systems, but now on deriving value through CONNECT.  Once an OSIsoft customer, he has 19 years’ experience in the petroleum refining industry supporting operations from both within the plant and as a shared technical resource.  In addition to process engineering and advanced control responsibilities, he has worked on projects involving process modelling and real time optimization.  As he digitally transformed, Curt helped establish and lead a global PI practice within BP for promotion, implementation, and support of PI Systems worldwide
