Malte Schulz is Engineering Director at Tree Energy Solutions (TES-H2) with more than 30 years’ experience in process/chemical engineering within the chemical industry including roles in management and operation/production.  His responsibility is establishing the framework for an engineering organization within TES and providing the right resources (people, tools, …) to enable and support the anticipated growth path of the company. Malte is a strong believer in digital solutions ensuring that information required by anyone in the company is readily accessible to make the right decision and support continuous improvements, once facilities are in operation.
