Ana Revert joined OSIsoft, now a part of AVEVA, in 2013, as a Customer Support team member out of the Madrid office. After a couple of years in technical support department Ana joined PI Asset Framework and PI Asset Analytics specialist team where she had the opportunity to get a deeper knowledge of the underlying technology and to learn about customers’ needs and use cases. Now, as part of the Technical Adoption Service teams she helps customers to implement those use cases guiding them on their technical adoption journey with AVEVA.
