Twenty years ago, Michael attended the first System Platform training course in the UK, "Archestra V1.0". From the outset, Michael understood the product's vision and the significant challenges it would address for customers. Early adoption of industrial technologies would become a trademark to his work.

Michael is the Executive Director of Peak Technology Solutions, the digital capability of a prominent Engineering group (Edwin James Group). Peak Technology Solutions assists clients in enhancing performance and advancing sustainability through the deployment of Operational Technology. The company is renowned for delivering Aveva-based solutions across various sectors, including Utilities, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage, Chemicals, and Renewables.

Michael's formative years were spent in France, near Geneva, where he earned a Master's Degree in Control and Automation. He furthered his education in the UK, obtaining an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Manchester Business School. Michael is also a Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and a Chartered Engineer.

As a founding member of an automation technology start-up, Michael played a crucial role in its growth, leading to its acquisition by Aliter Capital in 2019. This achievement paved the way for his position on the Executive Leadership Team of the Edwin James Group, where he focuses on creating value for investors by driving the growth and strategic development of the Digital portfolio.
