In this session we want to introduce how advanced technologies have driven efficiency and operational excellence at GBFoods, from the creation of a real-time data infraestructure based on PI System with EDS as main technology to collect data in the field, how this contextualized data is then used and integrated in an energy management systems (PME from Schenider), to the adoption of solutions that maximize plant performance.
