In line with our company's mission that is to empower global communities by harnessing data for a sustainable future, this intiative capitalizes on People, Process, Passion and Technology to protect the Verde Island Passage(VIP) in the Philippines.  The VIP is a 1.14 million hectare passage that is considered as the "center of the center of marine shorefish biodiversity" in the world.  Various conservation groups and local government units are pushing for its recognition as a UNESCO World Heritage site. 

The objective and purpose of this project  in partnership with ABS CBN Foundation is to generate impact environmentally, socially and ignite the passion within our organization, community and our clients about the importance of protecting the marine life and the community around it. We aim to prove that something can be done  and be replicated globally with Aveva technology and in collaboration with the community, academe and the private sector.
