Description

Implement, standardize, and manage the power curves of the dephosphorization furnaces at CBMM in Araxá, Minas Gerais. The project utilizes existing AVEVA assets to ensure process safety, adherence to quality parameters, and standardize energy consumption for furnace operations. Initially, a pilot project was implemented on Furnace 2 (FE02), with Furnaces 1 and 3 currently in the rollout phase. The project was structured into three phases:

   Pilot Project Phases:

 Phase 1 - Manual Operation:

- Manual management of power curves without operational assistance or control system integration.

- Manual operation of equipment with no data sent to automation.

Phase 2 - Creation and Standardization of Recipes:

- Introduction of the creation, management, and visualization of power curves with operational assistance.

- No automatic setpoint transmission, but allowing better process monitoring.

- Availability of curves in the AVEVA System.

- Testing and adjusting curves as knowledge evolves.

Phase 3 - Automatic Setpoint Transmission for Operation:

- Full integration with automatic setpoint transmission, optimizing operation and reducing the need for manual intervention.

- Review of control logic to enable automatic operation.
