SIBELCO is undertaking a digital transformation by launching the Collaboration Platform Program, which includes several projects. One of the key initiatives is the Asset Framework, focusing on asset management. In today's volatile energy markets and with the enormous growth of data from the operational layer, a robust data management strategy is essential. This transformation aims to shifts from working on static snapshot of processes to live streaming, offering the significant benefits of real-time data.

In an uncertain context, with rapid changes in energy costs, Sibelco has decided to begin the Asset Framework initiative focusing on the energy efficiency of its processes. In this presentation SIBELCO we cover the implementation steps of the first Asset Framework implementation which is the foundation for their data management strategy.
