With the desire to become more cost competitive and assure factories security an initiative has started to centralize the organization of OT and implement more standard solutions. A year ago, we started to put the G-OT (Global OT) organization in place that picks up the initiative to digitize and standardize our factories, with the ultimate goal to become the number one in the Dairy Supply Chain. Just like many other companies we are facing challenges like IT/OT Convergence, Brownfield implementation, migrations, and upgrades.
