My name is Maurice Bongers and I am the Innovation Manager of our new Global OT organization, started my quest 8 months ago. 

FrieslandCampina has a long history of aquisitions and different types of factories. With the desire to become more cost competive and assure factories security an initiative has started to centralize the organization of OT and implement more standard solutions.  

A year ago we have started to put the G-OT (Global OT) organization in place that picks up the initiative to digitize and standardize our factories, with the ultimate goal to become the number one in the Dairy Supply Chain.

Just like many other companies we are facing challenges like IT/OT Convergence, Brownfield implementation, migrations and upgrades.

AVEVA has been choosen as one of our technology parties to help us in the journey and grow from good to great!.
